Siding Power Wash

Prices include all four sides of the house power washed with soap, windows power washed with glass cleaner (not hand squeegee), plus all walkways and driveways.

Please note that Canada Yard Pro must adhere to all Provincial bans regarding the use of combination fertilizer/herbicide products. As of January 1, 2010 products containing a combination of fertilizer and herbicide (commonly known as weed and feed) will no longer be available for sale or use in Alberta. Herbicide-only products will still be available for spot application, as they result in less surplus chemical draining from the lawn, running into storm sewers and entering waterways.

Canada Yard Pro does not rake up Aeration plugs; therefore we recommend this service be booked in conjunction with a Power Rake. The Crew will do the Aeration first and the Power Rake second to allow the Power Rake to break up most of the Aeration plugs.
Lawn Maintenance

- $50.00 – One Time Cut (There may be additional charges for excessively long grass)

Gold Lawn Package $1100.00

- Year round Edging

Xmas Light Set Up (Free Estimates)
*Minimum charge: Bungalow or 1st story minimum charge: $150 - 2 story and up minimum charge: $250.
- $1 per linear ft for 1st level
- $2 per linear ft for 2nd & 3rd level(s)
- Peaks are considered a 2nd level
- $8.99 per bag of 100 clips (if supplied by Canada Yard Pro)
- $6 per extension cord (if supplied by Canada Yard Pro)
Take down fee flat charge: $50. All lights will be boxed and labeled.
